Who we are
CreatorCent is a creator marketing platform operated by NativeMind AI Technologies Private Limited.
In this policy, "we", "us" and "CreatorCent" mean NativeMind AI Technologies Private Limited. "You" means anyone who uses our website, our app or our services — whether you are a creator who works with us or a brand who hires us.
We are the data fiduciary for the personal data described here, as that term is used in India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (the "DPDP Act").
What this policy covers
This single policy covers both sides of our platform:
- Creators — individuals and agencies who join our network, receive campaign briefs, publish content and get paid through us.
- Brands — companies and their employees who commission campaigns, review creators and receive reporting from us.
- Visitors — anyone who simply browses our website or contacts us.
Where something applies to only one group, we say so.

1.3 If you are a visitor
Device and browser type, IP address, approximate location, pages viewed, referring links, and information collected through cookies and similar technologies. Anything you submit through a contact or enquiry form.
1.4 What we do not knowingly collect
We do not seek sensitive personal data such as health, biometric, religious or caste information, financial data beyond what is needed for payouts, or information about your sexual life. Please do not send it to us. If you do, we will delete it.
2. How we get your information
- Directly from you — when you register, submit a profile, sign a contract, upload content or write to us.
- From social platforms you connect — if you authorise us to connect your Instagram, YouTube, Facebook or other account, we receive the information those platforms allow, such as profile details, follower counts and post-level performance. We only ever access what you approve, and you can disconnect at any time from that platform's own settings.
- From publicly available sources — public profiles, public posts and public business registries, used to build and verify our creator network.
- From partners — agencies, talent managers or brands who introduce you to us, and payment, KYC and analytics providers who work on our behalf.
3. Why we use your information
We use personal data only for the purposes below.
For creators
- To build and maintain your profile on our network
- To match you to campaigns and share your profile with brands who are considering you
- To brief you, review content, obtain approvals and schedule publishing
- To pay you, deduct and report tax where required, and keep accounting records
- To verify identity and comply with legal, tax and advertising-disclosure obligations
- To send you campaign opportunities and platform updates
For brands
- To provide the services you have contracted us for
- To recommend creators, run campaigns and report results
- To invoice, collect payment and keep accounting records
- To send service updates and, where you have consented, marketing
For everyone
- To operate, secure and improve our website, app and services
- To detect fraud, misuse and fake engagement
- To respond to your questions and complaints
- To meet legal obligations and defend legal claims
We rely on your consent where the law requires it, and on legitimate uses permitted under the DPDP Act — for example, where you have voluntarily given us data for a purpose and have not objected, or where we must comply with law. You can withdraw consent at any time (see section 8).
4. When we share information
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only as described here.
| Who | What is shared | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Brands (if you are a creator) | Your profile, handles, audience data, rates, submitted content and campaign performance | So they can evaluate, approve and work with you |
| Creators (if you are a brand) | The brief, brand name, product details and the contact needed to run the campaign | So the campaign can be delivered |
| Service providers | Only what they need — payments, KYC, cloud hosting, analytics, CRM, communications and accounting | To operate our services |
| Social and advertising platforms | Content and campaign identifiers, and audience data where you have consented | To publish, amplify and measure campaign content |
| Professional advisers | As needed | Legal, audit and tax |
| Authorities | As required | Where the law, a court or a regulator requires it |
| In a business transfer | As part of the transaction | If we are involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, with notice to you |
Platform data. Where we receive data through a platform's API — for example Meta or Google — we use it only to provide the features you have connected it for, we do not sell it, and we handle it in line with that platform's developer terms.
5. Cookies
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember your preferences, understand how the site is used and measure our marketing. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and through our cookie banner where shown. Blocking some cookies may affect how the site works.
6. How long we keep it
We keep personal data only as long as we need it.
| Data | Retention |
|---|---|
| Creator and brand account data | While your account is active, and for 24 months after it is closed |
| Campaign content and performance | 5 years, for reporting, disputes and portfolio purposes |
| Invoices, payments and tax records | 8 years, as required under Indian company and tax law |
| Marketing contacts | Until you unsubscribe, and then 12 months |
| Website and cookie logs | 12 months |
After these periods we delete the data or irreversibly anonymise it so it can no longer identify you.
7. How we protect it
We use access controls, encryption in transit, role-based permissions, vendor due diligence and internal confidentiality obligations. No system is perfectly secure, but if a breach affects your personal data we will notify you and the Data Protection Board of India as the law requires.
8. Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you have the right to:
- Access a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we process it
- Correct data that is inaccurate, and complete or update data that is incomplete
- Erase your personal data where we no longer need it for the purpose it was collected, or where you withdraw consent
- Withdraw consent at any time, as easily as you gave it
- Nominate another person to exercise your rights if you die or become incapacitated
- Complain to us, and then to the Data Protection Board of India
To exercise any of these, write to us at privacy@creatorcent.ai or use the Data Deletion and Data Request page. We will respond within 30 days.
Withdrawing consent or deleting your data may mean we can no longer offer you campaigns, complete a live campaign, or process a pending payment.
9. Children
Our services are for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly register anyone under 18. If we discover that a creator account belongs to a minor, we will delete it. Where a campaign involves a child appearing in content, the brand and the creator are responsible for obtaining verifiable consent from a parent or legal guardian, and we require written confirmation of that consent before the content is published.
10. Data outside India
Some of our service providers store or process data outside India. Where that happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure the data is protected to a standard consistent with this policy and with applicable law, and we only transfer to countries not restricted by the Government of India.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. If the change is significant, we will tell you by email or through the app before it takes effect. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
