You can ask us to delete your personal data at any time. This page tells you exactly how, what happens next, and what we are legally required to keep. This page applies to both creators and brands.
What "deleting your data" means
When we delete your data we remove your profile, your contact details, your connected social account information, and any content you submitted that we are not contractually or legally required to retain. Once deleted, it cannot be recovered and you would need to register again from scratch.
How to ask
By email
Write to privacy@creatorcent.ai from your registered email address with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". You can copy the template below.

Request a callback at privacy@creatorcent.ai between 10am and 6pm IST, Monday to Friday. We will call you back within 2 working days and can take your request over the phone after verifying your identity.
What we will ask you for
To make sure we are not deleting someone else's data, we will verify your identity — usually by confirming the request from your registered email or phone. If we cannot verify it that way, we may ask for one additional proof, such as a screenshot showing you are logged into the connected social account. We will ask for the minimum we need and will not keep the proof afterwards.

What gets deleted
- Your profile, contact details and account credentials
- Audience and analytics data we received from your connected social accounts
- Content you submitted that is not part of a completed campaign deliverable
- Your inclusion in our creator or client database, and in future campaign shortlists
- Marketing contact records
What we have to keep, and why
Some records cannot be deleted on request because the law requires us to hold them.

We will tell you clearly in our confirmation email what has been kept and why.
Before you delete — please read
If you are a creator:
- Any live or pending campaign will need to be completed or formally cancelled first.
- Any pending payment must be settled before your account is closed, and we will keep the payment and tax record afterwards as set out above.
- Content already published under a campaign agreement stays published. Deleting your account does not remove it from the brand's channels or ours.
If you are a brand:
- Deleting a user account does not end your contract with us. Please write to accounts@creatorcent.ai to close a business account.
- Campaign reports and creator content already delivered to you remain yours under the campaign agreement.
Disconnecting your social accounts
Deleting your CreatorCent data also removes the social account information you shared with us. You can additionally revoke our access directly from the platform at any time:
- Instagram / Facebook: Settings → Apps and Websites → remove "CreatorCent"
- YouTube / Google: myaccount.google.com → Security → Third-party apps with account access → remove "CreatorCent"
Revoking access there stops any further data reaching us. To delete data we already hold, please still send us a request using one of the methods above.
Deleting only part of your data
You do not have to delete everything. You can ask us to:
- Remove a specific piece of content
- Remove your bank or payment details while keeping your profile
- Stop marketing emails only — use the unsubscribe link, or write to us
- Remove you from future campaign shortlists while keeping your account

Write to our Grievance Officer at privacy@creatorcent.ai. If we do not resolve your complaint within 30 days, or you are unhappy with the outcome, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
